Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, an organization doing vital work to address and alleviate homelessness throughout the greater Seattle area. 

Since 1932 the Mission has offered compassionate care to our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. From emergency shelters and hot meals to addiction recovery, mental health support, and long-term housing solutions, their mission goes beyond temporary relief—they work to restore lives with dignity and hope.

We’re deeply grateful to be part of a city that cares. As part of our ongoing commitment to community impact, we donate a portion of the proceeds from every purchase and sale to support the Mission’s work. 

Over the past four years, with every deal we have done, we’ve donated a portion of our proceeds directly to the Mission. That’s more than $27,000—and thanks to the generosity of our incredible clients and partners who’ve matched our contributions, that impact has been doubled. Since every $2.80 provides a meal and care for one person, that means together, we’ve helped provide over 19,000 meals to our neighbors in need. It’s a reminder that every deal we close doesn’t just move real estate—it moves people toward hope, stability, and a fresh start. With your help, we can increase our contributions year over year.
